Gaviota Counseling Services is a bilingual clinical practice in Oviedo, Florida, dedicated to the overall well-being of individuals, couples, and families. We combine evidence-based psychotherapy with personal, spiritual, and relational growth workshops.

Dr. Ada Rosabal-Silva is a licensed clinical psychologist in Florida and Puerto Rico, with more than 25 years of experience in psychotherapy, family therapy, neurotherapy, and coaching. Her approach integrates evidence-based models with a systemic perspective to support individuals, couples, and families in their journey toward well-being and transformation.

Marlene Silva-Rosabal, LMFT.

Marlene Silva-Rosabal is a licensed marriage and family therapist in Florida and a licensed professional counselor in Puerto Rico, with more than 10 years of experience in clinical counseling and psychotherapy. Her systemic approach integrates brief psychotherapy, solution-focused therapy, and hypnotherapy to support individuals, couples, and families throughout their processes of growth and transformation.

Martha Rodriguez de Baez, RMFTI.

Martha Rodriguez de Báez is a registered marriage and family therapist intern in the state of Florida. In her home country, the Dominican Republic, she accumulated more than three years of experience in private practice. Her interventions include Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She provides a professional, warm, and supportive space, primarily serving adults (young adults, middle-aged adults, and older adults), parents, and couples seeking stability, peace, and quality of life.

Iris Cruz

Iris has more than 30 years of experience working alongside Dr. Rosabal, bringing extensive experience in administration, coordination, and patient services. She holds an Associate Degree in Digital Electronics Technology and is recognized for her dedication and commitment to the efficient management of administrative processes and attentive service to Gaviota's patients.

Irmariluz López

Irmariluz is the first point of contact at Gaviota Counseling Services, accompanying each person from the beginning of their care journey. She coordinates appointments, manages scheduling, and facilitates the documentation process, ensuring that every step is smooth, organized, and efficient. Her commitment is to provide a warm and welcoming experience while helping each patient connect with the appropriate professional based on their needs and supporting them throughout the registration and scheduling process.

How do I schedule my first appointment?

You can schedule an appointment directly through our website using the appointment widget, or call us at 407-743-2020 for assistance in English or Spanish. You can also request an appointment through our “Request Appointment” button, powered by SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant platform designed to help you securely request and manage your care.

Yes. All of our services — individual, couples, family, group therapy, and workshops — are available entirely in Spanish. Our therapists are native Spanish speakers.

Yes. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Optum, Oscar Health, and UnitedHealthcare/UBH. For out-of-network clients, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

Individual and couples sessions are $150 per session. The initial 15-minute consultation is completely free.

Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy for clients throughout Florida.
